Harad powder, derived from the dried fruits of the Terminalia chebula tree, is often called the “King of Medicines” in Ayurveda. It is the most important of the three fruits in the legendary Triphala formula and is a premier “Sarva Roga Hara” (remedy for all diseases) that balances all three doshas, especially Vata.
